Shipping and Return Policy

We know you want your merchandise as quickly as possible and we ship as quickly as we can but we are not Amazon. We are a specialty product and a family run business. We generally ship 3-5 days after receiving your order Monday-Friday.  On long holiday weekends we ship the beginning of the new week after the holiday. There are exceptions depending on the volume of orders we have that day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or holidays. We ship with the US Post Office. Please note: Express does not guarantee overnight delivery in all circumstances. However, it does provide a specifically guaranteed date of delivery.  

We want you to be happy with what you purchase from us. If you are not, please read the following Return Policy. Sale items have a different policy than full price items and Final Sale Items are for Store Credit Only. Store Credit items are for store credit only.

If you wish to return something, please email us YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER at amanda@sassybax.com for a Return Merchandise Number (RMA #).

All returns must be in NEW CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED and returned within 30 days of purchase along with the packing slip (or a copy) that was sent to you with your products. We only accept returns of our products if you purchased them directly from us. If you purchased from another retailer, you must contact them.

 To avoid a restock fee please make an effort to fold the product (the way it arrived) so that it doesn’t arrive wrinkled and require steaming.

Write the RA# on the outside of the package and Attn: Returns Processing Department. SEND THIS paperwork with the return.

 If there is any makeup, body glitter, lotion or any kind of soil, odor (perfume, deodorant and/or smoke smell are normal offenders) or damage of any kind, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be determined at our discretion. If it has been washed, we cannot take it back. Original shipping fees are not refundable. If you are returning a purchase, you are financially responsible for getting it back to us. We suggest the US Postal Service for the most cost-effective shipping and suggest insuring your package. We cannot give credit if we don't receive your return. We reserve all rights to make the final decision on returns. PLEASE INSURE YOUR RETURN. IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS LOST, WE CANNOT GIVE YOU A CREDIT FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER RECEIVED. We suggest USPS (US Post Office) for shipping.

 We do not store credit card numbers for the safety of our customers. Therefore, if you need a different size or color, you must PLACE A NEW ORDER and return what you are not keeping.

 If we goofed and sent you the wrong size, item, or color, contact us immediately via email. We will take care of it.
