We know you want your merchandise as quickly as possible but we are not Amazon. We are a specialty product family run business. We generally ship within 48 hours of reveiving your order. There are exceptions depending on the volume of orders we have that day. We ship during business hours Pacific Time, Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday and want 2-day delivery you will NOT receive your package on Monday as no one delivers on Sunday. If you need the item for Saturday night or Sunday, you must ship Expedited Overnight We ship USPS (US Post Office Priority Mail) which is a flat rate.
Sometimes, you will be able to place an order but by the time we pull the order, it might be out of stock. In that case we will notify you that it is out of stock and give you the option to wait for the new shipment or cancel the order. If we hold the order and ship the product when it comes in, we will charge your card when the product ships. If for any reason you wish to cancel at anytime during the wait peroid, just let us know.
When you type in your card information to our website, you are only authorizing us to charge the amount of the order. Your card is charged when the product ships. So if we can't ship, you aren't charged.
We are a 100% Secure Website with the most advanced security for your safety. We will never share your information with anyone. We never sell our email list and never will.
We want you to be happy with what you buy so if you are not, please read the following return/exchange policy. Sale items have a different policy than full priced items.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us right away for a Return Authorization and address to send it to. The return must be in its original condition with tags and within 30 days of purchase. If there is any makeup, body glitter, lotion or any kind of soil, odor (perfume, deodorant and/or smoke smell are normal offenders) or damage of any kind, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be determined at our discretion. If it has been washed, we cannot take it back. Original shipping fees are not refundable. If you are returning a purchase for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for getting it back to us. We suggest the USPS for the most cost effective shipping.
IF WE GOOFED (it happens!) and sent you the wrong size, item, or color, we will reimburse you for the return postage but we don't provide return shipping labels. We will reimburse you for the fee up to $6.95. We suggest the US Post Office for shipping. If you choose to ship with a more expensive service, any amount over $6.95 will be your responsibility.
If your return passes inspection, your card will either be credited for the purchase price or you will be sent your requested exchange. If your return doesn't pass inspection, we will contact you right away by phone or email. We will ship the item/s back to you at your request and expense. If you prefer not to have the purchase returned to you, we will donate it to Good Will. If after 30 days we do not hear from you about what you want us to do, we will donate the item/s to Good Will. No further claims can be made.
SALE items are exchangeable for another size. If we don’t have the requested size, you will be given a store credit, provided the item is in new condition. IF the item is FINAL SALE NO returns will be accepted. If your purchase was on sale and it was marked store credit only, you are responsible for shipping charges when you return the item to us and when you use your store credit if your order doesn't qualify for Free Shipping (over $75).
We only accept returns or exchanges of products that are purchased directly from www.Sassybax.com. If you purchased your item(s) from another store or online retailer, you must return or exchange with them.
If your original purchase qualified for Free Shipping and you return some of the order, leaving what you are keeping to fall below the $75 Free Shipping threshold, we will deduct $6.95 to cover our original shipping fee from your credit. We will credit up to $6.95. We recommend using USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping Envelope. The post office provides a padded envelope free of charge when you use this option.
Store credit is good for one year from the date it is given. We will not send you a check for any unused store credit. If you do not use it within one year the credit is null and void. No further claims can be made after that time.
Any claims of non-delivery of a package must be made within 30 days from date of your order. If you notify us after that time frame we cannot replace the product.
