Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

                                              Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy 

                           We require a Return/Exchange Authorization. Please email              CustomerService@sassybax.com for RA Number or call 213-222-7257 / Make sure your return is in 100% NCTA (New Condition with TAGS ATTACHED)

                  Orders placed on Holidays will generally ship the following business day M-F

We know you want your merchandise as quickly as possible and we ship as quickly as we can but we are not Amazon. We are a specialty product and a family run business. We generally ship within 48 hours of reveiving your order Monday-Friday.  There are exceptions depending on the volume of orders we have that day.

We support the US Post Office and ship Priority or Express Mail. Please note: Express does not guaranty overnight delivery in all circumstances. However, it does provide a guaranteed delivery date.  

We want you to be happy with what you purchase from us. If you are not, please read the following return/exchange policy. Sale items have a different policy than full price items.  

If you wish to return or exchange something, please email us at customerservice@sassybax.com or call us right away for a Return Authorization Number and the address for returns. Write the RA# on the outside of the package and Attn: Returns Processing

PLEASE INSURE YOUR RETURN. IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS LOST, WE CANNOT GIVE YOU A CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER RECEIVED.

The items must be in NCTA (New Condition Tags Attached) and be received by us within 30 days of purchase. If there is any makeup, body glitter, lotion or any kind of soil, odor (perfume, deodorant and/or smoke smell are normal offenders) or damage of any kind, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be determined at our discretion. If it has been washed, we cannot take it back. Original shipping fees are not refundable. If you are returning a purchase for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for getting it back to us. We suggest the US Postal Service for the most cost effective shipping. We reserve all rights to make the final decision on returns.

IF WE GOOFED (it happens!) and sent you the wrong size, item, or color, we will reimburse you for the return postage up to $5.95 but we don't provide return shipping labels. We suggest the US Post Office for shipping. If you choose to ship with a more expensive service, any amount over $5.95 will be your responsibility. 

If your return passes inspection, your card will either be credited for the purchase price or you will be sent your requested exchange. If your return doesn't pass inspection, we will contact you right away by phone or email. We will ship the item/s back to you at your request and expense. We reserve the right to charge hanling fees in some cases. If you prefer not to have the purchase returned to you, we will donate it to Good Will.  If after 30 days we do not hear from you about what you want us to do, we will donate the item/s to Good Will. No further claims can be made.

SALE items are returnable in NCTA or exchangeable for another size but you are responsible for the shipping both ways.  In some cases a handling fee will be applied.

FINAL SALE, NO returns will be accepted. The Returns Processing Person cannot accept it. On site-wide Free Shipping Promotions, we will ship free for the original purchase. If you exchange for something else, you must pay for shipping for the exchange.

We only accept returns or exchanges of products that are purchased directly from www.Sassybax.com. If you purchased your item(s) from another store or online retailer, you must return or exchange with them. 

If your original purchase qualified for Free Shipping and you return some of the order, leaving what you are keeping to fall below the $75 Free Shipping threshold, we will deduct $6.00 to cover our original shipping fee from your credit.

In the event we have a free shipping promotion and you return everything you ordered, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping fee from your credit.

Store credit is good indefinitely. We will not send you a check for any unused store credit.  

You will automatically be sent an email to notify you that your item has shipped. Any claims of non-delivery of a package must be made within 15 days from date of shipping. Non-delivery claims after that period will not be considered. It is your responsibility to pick up your package in a timely manner so it is not stolen from your mailbox or doorstep.  We reserve all rights.
