We know you want your merchandise as quickly as possible but we are not Amazon. We are a much smaller family run business. We generally ship within 48 hours of reveiving your order. There are exceptions depending on the volume of orders we have that day. We ship during business hours Pacific Time, Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday and want 2 day delivery you will receive your package on Monday as no one delivers on Sunday. We ship USPS (US Post Office) unless you specify otherwise. We don't hold backorders. We will not charge you for anything we do not ship. Sometimes, you will be able to place an order but by the time we pull the order, it might be out of stock. We apologize for that as we do sleep while some are shopping. :) In that case we will take it off your order and your credit card.
We want you to be pleased with what you buy so if you are not, please read the following return/exchange policy.
IF YOUR ITEM IS FINAL SALE IT IS FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted.
IF WE goofed (it happens!) and sent you the wrong size, item, color, we will reimburse you for the return postage but we don't provide return shipping labels. We will credit your card for the item/s and the postage if the item is in it's original condition. We request that you return it via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
If YOU PAID FULL PRICE AND IT IS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, and you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it, provided you return it in its original condition with tags please and within 30 days of receipt. If there is any makeup, body glitter, lotion or any kind of soil, odor (perfume, deoderant and/or smoke smell are normal offenders) or damage of any kind, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be determined at our discretion. If it has been washed, we cannot take it back. Original shipping fees are not refundable. If we cannot take something back we will ship it back to you at your request and expense. If we have not heard from you in 30 days after your return we will donate the damaged item/s. If it is not donatable, due to damage, we will destroy it.
We can only accept returns or exchanges of products that are purchased directly from www.Sassybax.com. If you purchased your item(s) from another store or onlie retailer, you must return or exchange with them.
Your card will be credited or you will be sent your requested exchange after your return is inspected and approved for return or exchange by our quality control person. We will notify you.
If you are returning a purchase for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping. We will pay the re-shipping to you of an exchanged item that is FULL price (one exchange per order please).
If the your purchase was on sale and it is refundable for store credit, you are responsible for shipping charges when you use your store credit as well as when you return it to us for store credit.
Store credit is good for one year from the date it is given. We will not send you a check for any unused store credit. If you do not use it within one year the credit is null and void.
Any claims of non-delivery of a package must be made within 60 days from date of order.
Original shipping fees are not refundable on any returns.
