Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with what you chose from us! We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days, sooner if you pay for expedited shipping.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it, provided you return it in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. If there is any makeup, body glitter, lotion or any kind of soil, odor or damage, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

We can only accept returns or exchanges of products that are purchased directly from Sassybax.com. If you purchased your item(s) from another store, you must return or exchange with them.

You will be credited or sent your requested exchange after it is inspected and approved for return by our quality control person.

If you are returning a purchase for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping. We gladly pay the re-shipping to you of an exchanged item (one exchange per order please). 

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

How to Return

  • Simply fill out the Return / Exchange Form included with your order. Place the product in return packaging sturdy enough to avoid in transit damage to the item(s).
  • On a return or exchange the product must be in the condition you received them with no stains, makeup, soil, odor or damage with the original tags attached.
  • To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEX, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. If the item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit we cannot provide a credit to you.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by us, if your item(s) are in their original condition, your return will be processed and your credit card credited within fifteen business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • If we ship an item you did not order, please notify us immediately and we will pay for the return and send a replacement at our expense.
